Dugan becomes happy !

交通事故で瀕死の状態からレスキューされてやってきたDuganがついにアダプトされました！
Duganはとてもおとなしく、散歩もらくな犬ですが、ちょっと頑固で特定の人にしかなつかない犬でした。
ピットブルテリアと柴犬か珍島犬のMixで、アジアの犬特有の気質を持っているようで、しつこくされたりするのが苦手な様子。
でも一度、信じた人には徹底的についていくようなところがあり、時間が経つにつれボランティア達のアイドルになっていきました。
シェルターには1年半以上いたと思います。
新しい家族との写真が届き、とても幸せそうな様子に安心しました。
Victoria Roseに続きDuganと、シェルターでおなじみの犬達がアダプトされ、とっても嬉しいような、少し寂しいような複雑な気持ちです。
感傷的になっている暇もなく、空いたケンネルには2頭の新しいピットブル、CarmenとBishopがやってきました。
世界中の犬達が幸せになれますように。

Duganをずっと献身的に担当してきたボランティアから喜びいっぱいのメールが届きました。
Duganも彼の新しい家族もとても楽しそうにしている様子が伺えます。
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted you all to know that Dugan's family called me this morning just to tell me how great he is doing and what a fun day he had yesterday. They said that yesterday he ran around and played with the girls for hours with so much vigor that he tired himself out and zonked out for the rest of the night! They said he had such a good time and his tail was just wagging and he was just happy as can be. He fell asleep that night at about 7pm and didn't stir again until about 9am! He must have been really tired because I know from having him here at my house for many a sleepover that usually Dugan is an early riser. It was great to hear about him playing and wagging his tail in his new home; just getting a chance to be a normal happy dog and today is his one week anniversary with them. I placed him last Thursday, a week ago today!
